I have discovered a new thing
Seems obvious yet I didn't know.
For God knows his will; his mind
And to second guess his, not mine.

So instead of trying to do my all
To do those things I think
Are what he'd do if he were here,
A different tact it's time to try.

I need to pray what God does plan
The things he has in progress,
And what I can do to help him out
In this way, my service give.
