Copying a style always does fail
Same lines, same rhyme
How to learn
Oh Please be good
Give me a gift
As I know you should

Melodic sounds of life
River gurgle, insect sing.
Serene quiet and beauty abound
Peaceful and calm around me.
Hayden Andrews
If only he knew what he had,
Would he act the same?
And have I ever been that place
And lost the same love game?
Hayden Andrews
Ordered in the chaos
Clean in it's filth.
Packed together tightly,
No room anywhere else.
Tin roofs, tin walls,
shacks with holes.
No room for a pool,
Just endless souls.
The young, the old
Together bound.
Kept in the fold,
A poor mans crown.
Hayden Andrews
A mazed hedge of thorns does surround me
To find a way out leading deeper down
The sun still just visible hiding way above
As the ways downward narrow.
Now all is as one, why the change
Towards bright reds and greys my eyes do turn
Realisation has become a friend, and all is clear
As blindness overwhelms me.
Hayden Andrews
Love and laughter
A joy to each
Meant for the other
And happy to be
For who to live
A god to choose
To worship him
Or follow you
But they do diff
A third and fourth
They yet will drift
Too far apart
Love and sadness
A hurt to see
Meant for the other
And never will be
Hayden Andrews
To choose between two
Never more, never less.
One decision made
While another comes.
It sounds too easy
But which to choose.
Both are right,
But only one will do.
The first will make
Such an easy choice,
While the second only
Honour voiced.
I am left to choose
But on my own,
Which will become
The seed I have sewn?
Hayden Andrews
Happy times
As life goes on
Things get easier
And no one is poor
With nothing to want
Only things to crave
A path to lead
A pleasure to fulfill
The earth does die
As it slows down
Bursting balloon
Happens as if in slow mo
We`ve tried our best
And had a good time
We have no complaints
With a job well done
Hayden Andrews
As a chapter draws to an end
No fault of ours, but to what has come
The hardest break to ever make
Is that from the perfect one.

Where is the god you had as a youth
Even now he is needed too
He was always there in strife and trial
But now where during times of good smile
You dedicated yourself to a God so true
Who you knew personally, and he, you too
Until a man is built, strong on a rock
And as increases strength, dependency not
So as an unconquerable hill is born
A being powerful, in control for sure
You name yourself a god, and that you are
You have been created, but your creator forgot.
When will you come to understand
When will you realise and return
Come back to the god you had of youth
And use your strength for him to do
You were given a gift not to be abused
Will he let you return, or you accuse
On bended knees do approach with care again
A god you are not, for to "God", you are man.

Cross in the midst erected on high.
Brightly lit against the dark sky.
Lightening strikes as if to say,
I am brighter even than the day.
But the cross stands, steadfast and true
Lit forever, strong, white and pure.
Hayden Andrews
Wisdom has learnt from the life it's led
Decisions made to grow to die
And to lessons realised
When humility reigns
And when books are read.
A gift to give and as wise will wise
To know and how and when and will
With a tale to tell
An answer is known
Or a way is shown
Hayden Andrews
Cows in the stream, keeping cool
Really, they say it all.
Neither too hot in the sun,
Nor too cool in the pool.
Hayden Andrews
Like a grandfather
Twas he to me
Constantly watching over
Full of love was he
A guiding hand
Some wise advice
Always an example
An influence in my life
As he grows old
And I in prime
Our ways do differ
No fault of mine
Now heroes to choose
A face to borrow
It`s a man made choice
A god to follow
So tread on his toes
Laugh in the face
No respect required
Another's in his place
Hayden Andrews
Still and hot, out to bake
Hibernation over.
Out to run, surf and skate
It's finally October.
Life abounds in the sun,
Surfers in the water.
Babes - hot, hardly dressed
Chasing Eve's daughter.
Water's warm and blue waves roll
Perfect surf abounds.
Sand calls to the rest,
Bathing all around.
Girls girls, in the sun.
Hidden before.
Hiding all year round,
Found here on the shore.
Hayden Andrews
The world has influences large and small.
Those that affect in bulk.
How can we guess these mortal weeds
How they may lead the fold.
Hayden Andrews
Each poison is swayed by a certain amount
Whether by nothing or by everything and all.
But I wish to know - can I be told?
Whether it is less or more than before.
Hayden Andrews
Demons lurk bright and gay
Leaving portals to meet their prey.
One door stands as if pure good,
But taste too much some people would.
Too much, too little, or just all bad?
For each to choose when too much had.
Where lines drawn, some far, some near
Is diff to each - a place to fear?
Hayden Andrews
Absolute empire, nippers galore.
Total desire, searching the floor.
Each to do vital tasks,
Endless queues, routine asks.
Yonder find, wonder food
Home this time, endless to do.
Rooms to fill, each to store,
Helping all - "Ant Lore".
Hayden Andrews
I'm a stranger in this place
Just passing through.
From the darkness before,
To the unknown to follow.
Hayden Andrews
For a girl feigning interest
Or disappointed, I can not tell.
Is she bored or loves me less?
To not know is like hell.
Hayden Andrews
Growing poison, many kinds
Warm the heart and still the mind.
Too much and night will come,
But little enough is quite fun.
Oft enough becomes "just life"
Oft enough - material strife
Oft enough becomes life's norm
As security finds new form.
When all the people find no harm,
Law's enforcers find their calm.
This is just what we do
Is poison safe when popular view?
Hayden Andrews
Love from one to another
Is it what is meant?
Do we feel the full intent
Of the love we have been given?
Oh be that love, that I know
Will never let me go.
For I long to be loved
Forever more as must be so in heaven.
Hayden Andrews
I choose to complain cause if I don't
Others might think I am happy.
Everything is wrong and nothing is good
The way things are done makes me snappy.
Weather's too cold - AND too hot
That baby has a smelly nappy.
Let's go walking, It's way too far
I've gotten tired and now I'm ratty.
My meal's too big, too small, too cold
How can I enjoy this pattie?
The sun's too hot, I still can't tan
That man's too fat - silly chappy.
I'm getting bored, it's time to go
Let's stay some more - I'm going batty.
Too thin, too fat, my shape's just odd
I'm just all wrong - Why're you happy?
Hayden Andrews
I was drawn to one with such a call
But I knew a hurdle would come.
And so I chose to bless this life
A union unto God.
And so I say "In Christ Alone"
and no other way can be.
Cause this marriage, forever pure,
I do long for it to be.
